Patrick Pilz
Patrick Pilz is the Manager of Conservation and Efficiencies at California American Water overseeing all of the Company’s Conservation and Public outreach programs throughout California. Its parent, American Water, is the largest investor owned water utility in the United States. Patrick has been working for California American Water since 2004. Prior to his current role, Patrick held the position of Rate Specialist working on rate making and rate design for the Company and working closely with a number of Regulators such as the CA Public Utilities Commission. He also fulfilled numerous cross-department leadership and consulting roles. Prior to his employment at California American Water, he held several positions in the banking industry in Germany and the United States and worked as a Strategic Management Consultant in Sweden.
Patrick has been a DBA student at Alliant International University studying Strategic Management. He holds a Master’s Degree from United States International University (USIU) and an Economics Degree from University of Munich, Germany.
