TERRY MAGEE
Mr. Magee is an Independent Consultant with an extensive background in the Defense Industry in both Services and Products and in the Commercial Industry for Products.  

Mr. Magee served as President of ORINCON, a small defense business conducting research and development in algorithms and fusion engines for sensor systems.  Mr. Magee helped build ORINCON which was acquired in 2003 by Lockheed Martin Corporation.   Mr. Magee was Vice President for Lockheed Martin overseeing a large business unit and leading multiple geographic sites within Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Services in California and Hawaii.  

Mr. Magee also did strategies, acquisitions and mergers for Lockheed Martin at a corporate level. Mr. Magee served as Vice President of Product Development, Sales and Marketing of Wavestream Corporation.  He helped build Wavestream which was acquired in 2009 by Gilat Satellite Networks a public company headquartered in Israel.  He remained with Gilat for one year after the acquisition.

Mr. Magee served as President of the Products Group of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., from 2011-2013. Mr. Magee is on the board of directors of the San Diego Military Advisory Council, where he leads the focus groups on the Military Economic Impact Study and Unmanned Systems.  He is active with and on the Board of several not-for-profit organizations in the San Diego Region.

Mr. Magee’s career is marked by 27 years of service in the U.S. Navy as a Naval aviator where he had four command tours including two Aviation Squadrons, the Amphibious Ship, USS Duluth (LPD6) and the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV63).  His extensive operational experience was complimented by various staff duty including serving as an executive assistant to the Director of Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (J6) on the staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  

Mr. Magee holds an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a BA in Biology from SUNY Brockport (State University of New York).  He lives in Escondido, California with his wife Colleen.  His two daughters and their husbands and five grandchildren live in the San Diego North County area also.
